Personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address and interests that you voluntarily give to us when you register with the Site or when you choose to participate in various activities related to the Site, such as subscribing to receive my email newsletters or registering or my online courses is collected and stored at Crowdcast and/or Mailchimp, and can be viewed by the owner of this Site. You are under no obligation to provide us with personal information of any kind, however your refusal to do so may prevent you from using certain features of the Site.

Financial Data

Financial information, such as data related to your payment method (e.g. valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date) that is collected when you pay for consulting services, online course or webinar registration, either directly through the Site, PayPal, or through Crowdcast, is not stored on or by this Site, and cannot be viewed by the owners/managers of this Site. All financial information is stored by our payment processors Paypal and Stripe and you are encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use a number of third party sites and applications to help provide our services, including payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, and marketing assistance.  These applications may also track your activity and store your information, yet we aim to select third party vendors with strong privacy policies.

Active third-party service providers and their uses include:

  • Crowdcast for hosting webinars and online course lessons. Collects your name, email address, webinar interactions (poll responses, attendance, etc.) per webinar you join. This information is viewable and accessible by Brooke Tully. [privacy policy]
  • Fathom Analytics as described above.
  • Flywheel for website hosting services. Collects anonymous information on number of website visitors per day. [privacy policy]
  • Mailchimp for email services. Stores your email address, name (if provided), unsubscribes, and which Brooke Tully hosted events you’ve joined (webinars, online courses, etc.). [privacy policy]
  • Stripe for processing of credit card payments. Stores your name, credit card information, card type and email address. Credit card information is not viewable by Brooke Tully. All refunds take place through Stripe as well. [privacy policy]
  • Sumo for creating pop-ups on the brooketully.com website. Collects anonymous information on number of pop-up views and clicks. Not used to collect email addresses (all email addresses are collected using Mailchimp). [privacy policy]
  • Typeform for administering surveys and feedback forms. Collects name and email (only if you provide it in the form), date & time of survey/form completion, survey/form responses. [privacy policy]
  • Vimeo videos embedded on the website should not be collecting your viewing data as they “never sell your data to third-party marketers.” [privacy policy]
  • YouTube videos embedded on the website may collect your viewing data both through the brooketully.com website and if you link to YouTube for viewing. [privacy policy]
  • Zapier for connecting information from Crowdcast to MailChimp. Collects the same information as Crowdcast (above) and inputs it into Brooke’s Mailchimp database (above). [privacy policy]
